Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from CRU GOLF, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise with all labels and garment tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Only items purchased on CruGolf.com with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.
Instructions
1 Please contact customercare@crugolf.com to initiate your return. We will provide you a correct return address to ship to.
2 If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels. Please note the tracking number so you have it for reference to track your return.
3 You may track your return using the tracking number from your shipment.
4 Please allow 14 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside the United States in order to be eligible for the free return shipping. If you do not use the shipping label provided, then mail the package via to the address below via a means that is more accessible to you. The package must be returned using an insured method. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries. Please note that Cru Golf is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
Should you misplace your pre-paid return label, please contact customer service.
Exchanges
We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy above.
Customized Products
Cru Golf custom orders are made just for you. If you have any artwork on your headcover then we are not able to initiate a refund. All sales of custom products are final, customized products may not be returned. If you purchased a customized product online and you would like to talk to a manager about the quality or functionality of the product then please email customercare@crugolf.com. We want you to be a satisfied Cru customer so we will make another product if it has any defects, or if it was damaged during shipping.
